You can cancel a court reservation or private lesson with no charge but not later than 48 hours before booking time. Important! If you cancel a booking within 48 hours, you will be required to pay in full your unpaid reservations (court hire, coaches, extras). Please note that rescheduling is not allowed within 48 hours. In this case, rescheduling = cancellation.

It is important to realize that our coaches’ income and livelihood is based purely on hours on court. Our Terms and Conditions therefore reflect this, whilst ensuring we can always deliver a fair and professional service.

BOOKING CONDITIONS for PRIVATE TENNIS LESSONS
  1. Private lesson or Hitting Partner can be arranged for players of all levels wanting to take their tennis to the next level. Private lessons enable the coach to correct specific areas of the player’s game, to ensure maximum improvement and enjoyment.
  2. Cancellation Policy We have a strict 24-hour cancellation / re-scheduling policy. Cancellations must be notified to the coach a minimum of 24-hrs before the scheduled private lesson, or the lesson will be charged at normal rate. We realize that there are many things that come up in people’s day to day lives and while we try to be sympathetic, we cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations.  Coaches and session times have been allocated and cannot be rescheduled or cancelled without the required notice. You do however have the option of sending someone else to take the scheduled lesson in your place if you are unable to attend. In fairness to all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
  3. Payment terms and invoicing - Bookings require a 50% down payment at the time of booking. If for any reason you are unable to comply with this, please let us know to make alternative arrangements.
  4. Correct Behavior We aim to always provide a safe learning environment ensuring all players enrolled in private lessons have the extraordinary experience our local coaches aim to provide. If your child displays safe behavior to themselves and other players and is capable of learning, and allowing others to learn, we welcome them. Additionally, all children are expected to participate in their lessons without parent involvement. We understand that young players will need parent assistance from time to time but your child should be capable of completing majority of the lesson without parent assistance. Please contact us if you are unsure, if your child is ready or capable.
  5. Wash-out and Heat Policy  Unless the lesson is held indoors/covered tennis court, we suggest NOT to book a lesson on outdoor courts between 10AM and 4PM as the heat in Bali during those hours could be too much for you to handle. Except you are a very fit and well trained player. During the raining season (October to April) it often rains late afternoon/early evening. Please keep that in mind for your bookings, because Wash-out or Rain-out is not given to you unless you are present on the tennis court or the tennis lesson time is cut short after 15 minutes of starting time. Only exception is here if it already rains early morning or in the worst case, all day long, what happens rarely in Bali. In any case, do get in touch with your coach if you are unsure. The phone number of your coach will be provided at time of booking.
